How To Sell Slow Moving Products

I was hired here in Palau as a Sales Representative by one of the newly started wholesale business. When I arrived, plenty stocks were already in the warehouse. I almost sold the items, but unfortunately not in the beer. Competition for the beer is so tough that I hardly find to sell our beers. I am competing with most of the famous beer in the world. I need some tips on how I can compete with those beer and be able to sell our beers. Thank you

    Throw a weekly party.

    Work within local alcohol distribution laws and get whatever permits you need, then, offer a set door fee (to cover your food and other overheads) and offer the food on a one price for all, "all you can eat" offer as part of the admission fee. But all drinks (in the guise of beer) come through a cash bar.

    Or, offer free food—no fees—but still sell the beer.
