Print Quoting Management Software Options?

We are not a printer but have need to quote printing for our clients from a wide range of print vendors. We don't currently have a good way to quickly ask multiple vendors for quotes, aggregate results, keep records of the chosen bid or evaluate final results.

I see many options for if we were a print shop and we wanted to quote as a service but they are far too detailed in terms of industry and cost-lines that are not my concern. Rather I am looking for a simple way to send easy quote request to multiple vendors in one shot and record the results in a way I can look up years later so i know who printed a job, the cost, any notes on results etc.

An online SAAS would be fine, does not need to be a stand alone or costly IMO.

    Was looking for something that you could input spec's for print job. Check some boxes that had specific info to industry pre-made and the request could be sent through the system to a list of vendors that you requested through the system. THen jobs quoted could be saved and referenced through the same system. And if it tracked like jobs like letterhead and spit out piece prices from history that would be the icing on the cake.
