Know-How Exchange : Social Media

I want to create a "tab" (or whatever they are called now) on our Corporate Facebook where I can post a question each week about a particular situation and people can comment as to how they would respond to it.

I don't want to do it on the main wall page because I want people to be able to quickly get to it and see all the questions and responses (we'll be linking to them from a newsletter) --so I don't want them mixed in with our news feed--but when I post the question I want it to go out to the news feed...as well as the answers others post.

Does anyone have an idea how I would do this? Is there a FB app I would use or would I need to develop something via HTML?
