Changing Email And Passwords On Socials

I am not sure that this is the right place to ask this but when the company I now work for started their business they were small. The owner of the company set up the companies Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc accounts under all personal accounts.

Is there any way to get all of those transferred over to a different email?

This is indeed the right place to post this kind of question and it's a fairly straightforward change to make.

Under the "My account" or "Account settings" or preferences tab for each account there ought to be a link to allow you to change e-mail addresses.
