How do you judge whether something is VERY unique or just unique? Doesn't unique mean one-of-a-kind? If so, what makes something VERY unique?

Anybody who is " .. one of the most recognizable names in the sport" should have a lawyer/agent representing his business interests. Are you a lawyer or an agent?

... unless you meant to say "most recognizable brands". That would be completely different.

I was looking for actual responses. Simpletons not needed.

Actual response to what? This is a Q&A forum, you forgot to actually ask a question.

No simpletons here, Tim. Just experienced marketing professionals.

One reason you're not getting the kind of responses you expected is that your "question" sounds like a kind of sales pitch, or a solicitation for partners, not a true question. You need to read the section on "important guidelines" (see the column at the right) and/or look at a few questions/responses others have posted ... so you understand what this forum is/does.

    Some of the clues:

    1. "... very affordable price-point" (How do you know what we consider "very affordable?")

    2. "Very unique" (Sounds like you may be in love with your business idea and trying to get us excited about it too.)

    3. No question. This forum, after all, is for questions and answers.
