Interest In A Mobile App Crm And Messaging Tool?

Posted by aysar.khalid on 250 Points
I'm part of a team thats working on a new tool for mobile apps, called Appgage. We are trying to identify how big of a problem is this for mobile app marketers.

One of the many hurdles we face trying to market mobile apps is keeping users engaged with our apps and maintaining retention (so they don't add our app to the dormant bucket or worse delete it). Appgage is a tool for marketers specifically designed to help you learn more about your app's users at a personal level and message and interact with your users. And taking this further by automating messaging. The idea is you simply set specific filters of when to send out messages, for example; send out a message only to users that have used your app once in the last 7 days, or send one whenever a user has spent more than $10 on in-app purchases.

By messaging; this isn't simply via Apple Push Notifications because APNs don't work in all situations. There would be new forms of messaging like modal box alert messages, direct email, etc.

There's tons of features, be sure to check it out at; https://appgage.io/

Any feedback is greatly appreciated as we work towards launching this soon.

Don't you think your website/homepage should communicate who the target audience is and what important and unique benefit you provide for them?

People don't look at features unless/until they think the benefit is important.

I'd encourage you to do a beta test with some real world app developers and their users. While marketers might like to push messages to users, I'm not sure that the users will like the "noise" and additional tracking of their use/info.

Once you have some data/stories, you can develop some whitepapers that clearly highlight the benefits for everyone.
