I am currently looking into a best practice to run our social strategy which covers a eCommerce site and 200+ stores many of which have set up independent twitter streams of there own to sell to there local markets.
What I'm aiming for is each channel to be complementary of there neighbouring stores, and to support overall social strategy, while still engaging there local market places.
Does anyone have any experience in this?
