I want to start a spice making industry. Please help me know about the regulatory norms,tax,license and all. I m new to business.

Regulations vary by country and state or region. No one here can help you until you provide more information on where you are. You also need to create a business plan and a marketing plan. Skipping the time it takes you to create either of these documents is a mistake you simply must not make.

We are a community of marketing folks, and we're quite good at what we do. Your question focuses more on regulations and legal stuff, so we are probably not the best place to come for advice.

That said, I would echo what Phil and Gary wrote: You need to start with a business plan and a marketing plan. Not only will they serve you well as you start your business, but the very process of creating them will flush out more questions and issues that you need to address. Those are at least as important as the legal/regulatory issues.
