I am opening a staffing company which revolves around the automotive trade. Now I am a little immature when it comes to business preparation, being my first company I want to make the most out of all the tools provided. I dont really understand the concept of a business plan, or really how to make one. Hopefully, this is where you come into play. I'm looking for some professional advice on a step-by-step on not only making a business plan, but making a great one. I am only 19 years old, but have seen and made quite a substantial amount of money on the side with temporary staffing and have decided to go forward with the market. I am in Michigan and would like someone who can really help me understand the basics of creating a successful business (now I understand that you can not make my company successful but am looking for the recipe). I have read articles online and spoke briefly with other business owners, I have tried the whole business plan template idea, but if you dont know what your supposed to be doing, its a little hard to fill in the blanks.
Thank you all for your help.
Sincerest Regards.
