Does anyone know where I could find good practical mini MBA related courses on the web? Ones that are practical and can be used, not academic material that does not have practical advise.

Why a "mini" MBA? What is your objective? What makes you think that academic material can't also be practical, or that "non-mini" MBAs are somehow lacking in practicality?

P.S. What would make a "mini MBA" mini? Is it less thorough (than a "regular" MBA)? Does it skip certain essential courses? Does it teach only part of each lesson? Are the professors less serious about teaching?

Have you read "The Personal MBA - Master the Art of Business"? I not start there (https://personalmba.com/).

What is it you want to achieve with an MBA? Employability - or skills? Because there are plenty of MBAs who don't have jobs, and plenty of skilled people who don't have MBAs.

If you want to follow the narrow academic route, fine. If you want to learn marketing, that's a different matter altogether, university is not the best place to learn it. For one thing, they don't allow for emotions.

An MBS would be an academic course structures to open up new fields of expertise in various fields, in some cases not known to the student. Yes, academic courses are wonderful and some have practical and "real life" scenarios, but I had found them mostly more about theory than about workable information. A mini MBA would be called so because of the "student" not attending university, but getting in house training, while the employee/student trains on his/her own time. No actual degree is bestowed upon the student/employee, but he/she gets a background that WORKS.
The idea with my request was not to take shortcuts or to not be serious in getting the required study done - it is about trying to ascertain information about mini-MBA courses, evaluating them and then deciding upon one to use in house to train managers.
The training would therefor be more skills based.
