    What are you trying to sell
    who are you selling to
    and where are you.

    All of these will give us an idea as to whether Red Ocean strategies are the right thing for you. Or not. Red Ocean strategies are expensive.

    Do you want to buy this company? Work for them? Use them as a case study? What's the purpose of finding such a company?

    FWIW, there are lots of them. And there are companies that have embarked on Blue Ocean Strategies that find themselves right back in the Red Ocean shortly after they launch their Blue Ocean Strategy.
