More than a template you need to figure out why a target sponsor would want to sponsor your radio show. What's in it for them? Why is this a good thing for them?

If we send you private email then only you see the responses. We'd all like to learn from each other. That's the purpose of this forum.

Is this an established radio show, with a big fan base, and active social media? Do you have demographics of the listening audience? These questions, and more, need to be answered before you can approach businesses for possible sponsorships.

In addition to above excellent questions, what do you mean by "live"? Is it (will it) be a live podcast available through iTunes or the like? Through radio syndication, available "live" how? What is your plan for LIVE?

Who are the sponsors you are looking at now? After all, they will want to know the answers to the questions already posted, as this is their target audience too. No formulaic template is really going to help you there, because you will have to do as much work re-structuring the template to your actual needs that it is quicker to start from the beginning.
