What industry? Who is the target audience for your proposals?

Why do you need to use software? It's been my experience that custom proposals have a much better chance of being accepted -- especially if the proposal is for creative services of some kind.

Once you have found a format that works for your prospects/in your industry, you'll find that the real time commitment in preparing a great proposal is in the research, not in actually creating the proposals. Software won't help very much with that.

Sorry that don't provide much information. I'm a freelancer and I need a software with proposal templates. For me it is necessary to have design, seo and website development proposals.
I need software because I waste reallu a lot of time to create different kind of proposals, more than half a day.
    If anybody knows such software?

    Sirdki,
perhaps one solution is to outsource some of the more perfunctory work? After all, your skills are the tying it all together and arriving at a sensible conclusion. Establishing good relations with a few freelancers would mean that they give you good, fast responses. You can then spend an hour putting it all together - just as you would have to if you used the software option.

Is this an option for you?

Either that, or if you are very clear about your needs you could always ask a freelancer to paste something together for you that meets your needs exactly.
