Have A Guide To Writing Dicussion Guides?

I am looking for a guide to writing effective discussion guides for Focus Groups. Can anyone help?

I don't know of any general guides, but this Google search brought up some guides specific to certain organisations which you may find of help:

I expect this one should come up via Google anyway but it's worth a read.

Prepared by the Australian Govt Information Management Office it details guidelines for a comprehensive range of discussion types including those involving minors.
