Dry Cleaning Delivery

I have been hired to build delivery routes for a chain of dry cleaning stores and I am looking for the best ways to build dry cleaning delivery routes.

    How did you GET hired if you don't know how to do the job?

    Is the route fixed daily or can be changed everyday? There are algorithm you can use to determine an optimal route using a different factors. You can run it once or run it everyday. Look into "Solver" or "linear programming" in Excel
