Instead of COUPONS is there any other way to Attract Customers in Recharge Website?

We are going to launch a RECHARGE Website in India so we need attractive or innovative Strategies for the website.
In Some recharge websites having coupons(like Domino's, KFC, Coffee Day Coupons..) So we need another attractive things for the customers.

please give me some suggestions

    Instead of competing on price, compete on service. What can you offer that no one else can? Or, can you specialize in a group of people who have trouble using your competition's websites?

    As Jay says, offer service. If your website is for recharging Mobile phones, there's a yawning gap in terms of service from the major suppliers. The frustrations of having to deal with automated systems or with customer service employees who will laugh at you ... you'd have a winner if you simply provide a decent backup for your customers!
