Marketing Plan For Nursing Home

Need help in putting together a marketing plan for a not for profit nursing home in Brooklyn. Target market is limited to the geographic area where the home is located. (People choose nursing homes based on how close they are to their own homes so family can visit). I interviewed the principals and have a very clear and deep understanding of the home's needs. I need someone to take all the information and come up with a 12 month plan that is doable and effective. Very time sensitive.

    I create marketing plans for clients all the time, and I can do this one if the timeframe is reasonable. When you say "very time sensitive," what does that mean? Typically a well-thought-out marketing plan will take 6-8 weeks. Of course it all depends on the objectives, budget, and how much experience the client has had (so we have some idea of what works and what doesn't).
