Content Marketing Annual Plan

Posted by jenny.malcolm on 125 Points
I am currently organizing our 2017 Content Marketing Plan and looking for the most effective way to create and maintain this information. I typically just organize our goals on a word document and put the final plan into a PowerPoint presentation.

Does anyone have a great method or specific tools they use for their plan that can help me step this up a notch?

Thank you!
Jenny

We generally use Google Docs versions of the apps you mention, as these can be easily shared online amongst the group.

We usually do an explainer video that prefaces any data. It helps to get people engaged in the information before they actually see it and it leads them down the path of helping them see what you want them to see. Explainer videos from biteable are free and can be fun to watch
see https://tri-state-foam.com for an example. If the information is dry, you want to change things up a bit so people actually pay attention to the information you are about to give them.
