The latest strategy seems to be to make the content useful to readers. And put one maybe two outside links into it leading to quality informational sites.

Make the blog more valuable to your target audience. Hire a professional copywriter if necessary.

Focus on widening your network of distribution channels and incentivizing people to sign up. There has to be something in the relationship to attract people to your tribe.

Have you tried video animation? Visuals can easily attract customers and videos are a great way to convey your message across your target audience. Video creation can take some time but there are video animation services you can hire to save you time.
