Not that I don't want to give you any advice here, and I could point you to all kinds of information but you are asking a very general, very involved, and very important question.

To be quite honest, it sounds like the kind of help you need to stop your business from completing derailing is to engage in a contractual relationship ASAP with a professional marketing and business development firm - this is what most of us KHE's do - to perform an analysis, plan a strategy, tactics, etc.......

Why is enrolment dropping?

Why are people leaving?

Is there some real structural problem that makes people want to go elsewhere?

Or did you somehow attract people who really weren't suitable in the first place?

Do you interview people who drop out to find out why?

I guess not everyone is musical enough to get results that make them feel good enough to keep going. So you need to attract people with a modicum of innate talent, or not?

Tell us more - this is a fascinating problem and one that may not be fixed simply by attracting new enrolments. You may need to review the whole way the business runs first.

Quick suggestion - why not give a free public concert. It will:

1 – Increase public awareness of your school
2 – Provide those students who take part with valuable performance experience
3 – Entertain the public in your area and make them better people for the experience:-)
