Suggestion For Online Course In Statistics

Hi Guys,

First of all salutes to those who share their knowledge and help knowledge seekers to enhance their career. Today, i am writing after much frustration backed unsucessful search. I am into market research industry. I cannot join any offline or oncampus program as I am working full time. I want to know thoroughly the statistics and quantitative applications used in market research and in marketing. I request to all experts to suggest me any ONLINE course/degree/diploma that will equip me with the advance knowledge in quantitative methods related to marketing and market research. I came across few courses but those are generic and often loses track from marketing and market research perspective. sUGGEST ME ANY ONLINE program course in my field of interest. I WILL BE GRATEFUL to you all experts who can share their knowledge. I am even ready to pay tutors on lumsum orhourly basis if anyone is ready to teach me. Please do not include statistics.com

    The University of Georgia offers an online degree in market research - I don't know how good it is, but you can check it out. Another alternative is to take some of the courses offered by the American Marketing Association (www.marketingpower.com).

    The site you want is www.burkeinstitute.com . Statistics and data analysis are particularly tough to learn in an online course. It really helps to have a human tutor show you what the approaches are and how they work. Trying to get it all from a textbook or online tutorial sounds almost impossible. But if anyone can do it, it's Burke.

    (I have taught marketing strategy and market research before, and it's hard to imagine a distance learning approach that will be effective. But I learn something new all the time ... so who knows?)
