Need Most Effective Market For Health Products

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am currently managing sales and marketing for a new health and beauty product company. The company is innovative and offers great products for pain relief, skin care, arthritis, and our newest product is an all natural Rejuvatox serum or as some call it "botox in a bottle" for skin rejuvenation. The question is what is the most effective way to market these products and generate sales asap? The local retailers are very receptive to our products and it is quite easy to introduce them into their stores. But to get the company moving quickly with larger sales I would like your input.

You didn't mention budget constraints, so run a series of ads in national magazines that your target audiences reads.

That will get your name on mass consumers radar.

Get a well known personality to endorse your products. If your products are indeed effective for the relief of pain and arthritis then athletes, still playing and retired, are good for this.

    Hi SANDTRI2003:

If you check in here, give us some feedback and let us know if any of our answers are hitting your hot buttons.

Although throwing money at ads and getting celebs to endorse, as I suggested above, is sure to get you eyeballs and attention quickly, it is not necessarily the best way to create a true market demand short or long-term.

This comes about through a methodical process of analyzing and strategizing using the right mix of tools, knowledge, and insight developed through years of marketing experience.

For this, I agree with the other Experts that have suggested it that you engage contractually with a professional marketing services firm. This firm should, as many of the Experts above have also mentioned, not only have direct experience in the healthcare and medical field, but also in developing marketing strategies for the healthcare and medical field.

I was in marketing, sales, and business development for the world's largest pharmaceutical company for 10 years and believe me, you need to be as professional, tight and focused with your strategies as you possibly can.

    Go with a professional.

    I hope that helps.
