How To Implement A Good Sales Evaluation Technique

At present many organisation depends on it's sales team performance. Hence, at many time the forcasted sales varies as unavoidable enviornmental and political disasters occour thus to evaluate and understand to monitor the sales activities is crusial.

    At my last company, we used Dovarri to track the sales cycle and sales activities. It's not really a traditional CRM tool. Check it out -- it runs on the Web.
