Need Help Licensing?

I am in the process of starting a business. I would like to be able to use other brands (nickelodean, disney, etc...) Do I need a license? How much are they? Where do I do that? Can I order any products I want and in bulk? Help. I'm a first timer in unchartered waters.

    You definitely would need a license. Usually companies like the ones you mention have licensing departments, who you would contact.

    It is not clear to me how you would be using their products (reselling their products, using their names as part of a giveaway product like fast food restaurants often do, etc.), so I am sorry to say that I can't give more advice than this.
