Marketing Plan For Polypropylene

Our company has a plan to built a polypropylene (PP) plant. 50 % of production is projected to be exported into China and EU. Where I can find appropriate information about these markets? What should be a structure of the marketing plan for PP?

    I'm really scratching my head over setsetsem's answer. Why the heck would you send Vass to the website for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality?
