How To Buide Marketing Budget For Start-up Company

We are a start-up company in Vietnam, now w have to face the problem how to buide marketing budget ? we would like to have some guide from all. Which step would we follow ?

    Simple steps:

    1. Develop your marketing strategy
    2. Develop the tactics
    3. Cost the strategy & tactics and build the budget
    4. If the budget is too high, refocus the tacics to suit the funds available...
