It highly urgent, yet you have unsubscribed. Why?

With out an account you wont be told when new answers come, or be able to answer any questions we might have that will get you a better answer.

So even if someone gives you the BEST answer in the world you wont know about it, and you cant even close your question to reward people that give you the answers you are looking for.

Changing brand name and identity is one thing; you seem to have a fairly good handle of the complexity of such an undertaking. You should have a sizeable budget, based on how much you can afford and how much of a quick-start impact you hope to make. Since you are coming into a new marketplace, ie Europe, it is unlikely that the potential customers will have any prior brand association with the old name. My guess is that this does not need to be a concern. Rather focus on re-invigorating the current name in the marketplace and re-exposing it to the customers who are already familiar with it. Also, you will want to take the opportunity to create new customers and convert those few who are acquainted with the Indian brand name of the new stores in Europe.

    Hope that helps,
