Prepare Marketing Budget For Car Company

I have a budget I have to divide it refering to different criterias such as: brand advertising, product advertising, sales promotion etc. Which is the best criteria to invest the money into?

    Dont forget to put some money aside for metrics

    These are kind of broad - you might want to choose a few ideas from each, develop them, do a cost-benefit analysis for each category. At this point, it may be a good idea to see which ideas in each category get the best buy-in and go that route. Then set up some KPIs so you can set up some benchmarks for future efforts.
