    Well you see I not only need brakes for my self promotion but I also need a new engine. Does anybody know where I can get a new engine for my self promotion?

    How can we encourage participation while reducing self-promotion? One way might be to have two columns in the "top 25 experts" section - one for overall, another for the past 30 days or 60 days. This way new participants will see a more immediate reward as they climb the recent rankings, while we still recognize those who have contributed for years.
