    Hi,

I’ve done a bit of brain storming. Even if you don’t like those below, you can mix and match the words to create almost anything you need. Below that are some extra words that I liked but couldn’t fit into a name – you may be able to however so they are there if you need to use them!

My personal favourite for the first one is Heaven Lea. I think it’s a kind of nice play on words. Firstly, Heaven depicts wide open, infinite space. Secondly, Lea is another word for field or plain/land. Last but not least, it is also "Heaven-ly"!

NAME ONE: Denoting something vast, infinite, open spaces etc…
    • Ocean Field
    • Meadow Lands
    • Delta Plains
    • Forever Valley
    • Evermore Prairie
    • Meadow Glen
    • Everlast Range
    • Millenium Valley
    • Aurora Plains
    • Heaven Lea
    • Horizon Heights

NAME TWO: Denoting rejuvenation, relaxation etc…
    • Serenity Vale
    • Tranquility Heights
    • Harmony Heights
    • Paradise Place
    • Ferntree Gully
    • Viva La Place
    • Simplicity Lodge
    • River Place
    • Soulspace Estate
    • Visions Keep
    • Oasis Greens
    • Essence Retreat

    OTHER WORDS
    • Gully
    • Ravine
    • Wakening
    • Renew
    • Spirit
    • Recline
    • Vitality
    • Zest
    • Vivacious
    • Pure
    • Divine
    • Naturale
    • Revive
    • Balm
    • Milk and honey
    • Palace
    • Villa
    • Condo
    • Cottage
    • Discover
    • Synergy

    Hope this is helpful,

    Michelle Bourke

Words familiar yet unusual enough to be remembered perhaps?

Vast you want, vast it is...

Azure- The blue of the heavens like a 'bell' over the land and the open sea ....

This, however, is my blessing: to stand above everything as its own heaven, its round roof, its azure bell and eternal security: and blessed is he who thus blesseth!
Thus Spake Zarathustra: A Book For All And None by Nietzsche, Friedrich

    or Azimuth

Relaxation connection you say... how about

    Spa Springs
    Pleasant Bridge
    and of course Shangri-La

What type of real estate project is it? Residential or commercial buildings? Could you provide more details?

    Smile,

I can understand many customers may not remember the name of their model home or a shopping center, but still name play an important role in marketing and sales in any business. The quality of the housing certainly is a priority in buying a home, but I also think the name of the real estate block is important.

I am not sure about the area you are talking about e.g., Location (Area Growth), Country (European or Asian), Design of building (architecture), Area Population (age group: children’s, old citizens) and customers (Middle class, rich, language preference).

But as you said - both are residential projects, with lots of landscaping and water bodies. I would like to suggest you for the mixture of water and sunshine. (I am sure you are good painter)

What customers like is short and sweet answer - (Don’t forget McDonald – I am loving it). Best way to find a right name is try to think as a customer. No problem if you think as a poet.

If you not happy please write me back.

    Mansing
