Anyone Offshore Marketing Functions?

I am writing an article related to American companies who are offshore outsourcing marketing functions. I am looking for anyone who has done this with their company/their clients so I can get quotes for the article on your experiences.     Just to clarify, "offshore outsourcing" means taking functions that are currently done inside your home country (whether by the company or by a local agency) and moving them abroad to take advantage of lower costs. The foriegn country is doing work which will be used by the home country of the company. Think of the IT outsourcing to India, but in this case I am wondering if people are doing this for marketing functions.
