I am trying to hear experiences from people who used www.leadbank.net before. They are a search engine optimization company that we are currently looking into.

Thanks.

There are so many SEO companies out there - Don't pay!

    First)
Check out the Recent Articles posted here under Search Engine Marketing: https://www.marketingprofs.com/marketing/6/search+engine+marketing

    Second)
Spend $25.00 at lynda.com and do it your self. It's better for you to understand 'why' and 'how' and to be Hands-on. You will be happy with the results.

    Hi

I’d recently though of doing it myself, until our webmaster and web marketing expert (Neshinator on this site) Nesh offered me 4 hours of his time to explain how he would achieve it for our new product SalesVision; www.salesvisiononline.com (A Sales Forecasting and Sales Performance Management Product)

I left enormously enlightened and filled with the realisation that if I tried to do it for my own website, it would take two weeks to get to 10% of what he can do in his sleep.

I’ve heard good things said about Leadbank, mainly on the results front. They are not the cheapest, but you don’t measure SEO in the cost of the exercise, you measure it in terms of the cost per result.

In the absence of your own Nesh, give it a trial.

I must tell perspective clients the same thing 10 times a week. There is one simple way to tell if a SEO company is good at what they do.

Ask to see current client results.

If there clients are achieving high rankings then it is a good bet they are a skilled company. My advice is to see at least three of their clients results. And then ask for those clients to be used as references. Verify the search engine results yourself.

In fact, I don't understand why every SEO company doesn't have a page like we do at Big Oak. It lists the real time results of many of our clients so you can verify it. We provide SEO case studies you can look at any time.

If anyone is interested you can email me for document that gives advice on what to ask when choosing your SEO Company. You can view my profile "Shell Harris" for my email address.

I agree with Shell. Look for results and ask for references. Also, look at the level of competition on the keywords your potential SEO vendor has attained top rankings for. Top rankings on highly competitive phrases shows greater expertise than top rankings on obscure phrases with little competition or demand.

Current success is a predictor of future success. Visitors to our site see results of our search engine marketing services in real time on Google.

    Hope this helps,
    April

Thanks for your advice. I never got a reply from the organization in question when asking for realtime current keyword campaigns on google. We are keeping our keyword promotion in-house for now, as we are getting the desired research albeit having some resources tied up...

Stay well clear - they have 'friends' who will provide references- it is more rewarding to tear up money and drop it in the drain.

    Hi,

I would not usually coment on other companies activities. But I agree with the above post. Have a look at the companies current seo client list, see if they have any large clients. Also ask them for 2 or 3 references from happy customers that have recieved seo services. Ask to see examples of work etc.

All I can say is DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. I am owed money by them and I find them dishonest and unprofessional, if you are in marketing you will know that these companies operate smoke and mirrors a good PPc campaign is what you need and a natural search. PS, never tust any business based in blackpool!

I am discussing with LeadbankCorporate now and they are to let me have their references. I am concerned at the comments as they appear to be genuine, but I have been bitten in the past by charlatans (Backbone Solutions). I will be more sceptical of their claims but they state they have a guarantee to buy Google Adwords ads for your selected keywords if they fail to gain a top ranked position for you after 3 months.
