Customer Appreciation

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I need to create a customer appreciation event for a parking facility- 2000 monthly customers- in the Boston area. In the past we have distributed fee coffee with newspaper- however folks busy in the morning, grabbing newspaper and coffee was awkward. If I offered car wash- it would have to be off site, and that present s liability issues. I was thinking of offering a seminar of sorts- Hire professionals of course- "Relieve back stress while driving" or " How to change a tire (oil)" or maybe How to improve your golf game" _ we have a beautiful roof top to do something like this-- Any thoughts will be much 'appreciated'- Thank you!

How about just cleaning their windshields while they're parked? You could give out coupons for free carwash or coffee or one free day parking. Or you could have a raffle to win prizes like a GPS, car detailing, and music.

A seminar seems kind of boring, to be honest. I would be too busy to attend. The free coffee seems like a great idea -- if it takes too much time, perhaps give away a Starbucks card? The free car wash is also great -- perhaps if you gave a gift certificate for a car wash that would eliminate the liability? You could give away some sort of car care item (like Armor All wipes or something).
