Cost To Hire Big-name High Tech Analyst

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
Okay ... before you say, "It depends," I'm just trying to get an idea of whether this is worthy of further research for my company. Does anyone have a rough idea of what it costs to hire a Gartner or Forrester analyst (or equivalent) for a 90-minute keynote address? We are located in L.A., so let's assume it will require east-to-west-coast travel. Again, I'm just trying to get an order-of-magnitude budget number. Many thanks.

Have you tried Googling "speaker's bureau" ? Many of the web sites have a menu where you can select the type of speaker you want (e.g. technology...). In some occasions they will list the topics offered and the cost of the speaker, in other cases, you might need to send an email and request a price.
