Know-How Exchange : Branding

I am trying to come up with an appropriate tagline for my nonprofit, Dylan's Smile (www.dylanssmile.com), that will help define what the organization is about. I am a regional partner of a national organization called AboutFace USA, and providing resources for a support network for families of a child with a craniofacial condition. I want the tagline to help define this without being too wordy. "Craniofacial" is not a common word, but the audience is so targeted that I'm not sure it matters. Bottom line, I'm providing tools for families to build relationships, education and confidence through their child's diagnosis and treatment.
