Sell A Somewhat Known Brand In Usa

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
How can you sell a Brazilian rather known brand in the USA? The brand has a quite well known name in the sports circle, but it's manufacturing capabilities would not withstand very heavy abrupt ordering from retail web clients, although this can be changed according to demand. What would be the strategy to assess market size and dispersion without investing on an online ecommerce site which would not be able to immediately deliver? B2B and B2C strategies are welcome.

Do you mean fightwear manufacturer Hunter?

So is it Hunter Fightwear? If so, I see what you mean about poor distributorship.

I know of this brand ( I have trained in multiple methods most of my life), and there is a huge market for this gear in my region (SW USA - OK, TX, AR, NM, etc) and other parts off the country as well. One of my clients is building a health and fitness/wellbeing e-zine and would probalby be interested in helping to promote the brand ina professional manner, as would myself and my company.

Even if you are with a ompetitor, I would like to know more about your company and your mission. We can't write an effective strategy with a few sentances of information in a public forum, so please email me if you feel so inclined to take this further. Just click on my name.

However, I suggest you leave the question oprn for a few days to see what my colleagues have to say. But you can contact me anytime.

    Thank you and good luck!

Again, I recommend hiring a professional. You state the urgency and importance of this plan, but you want FREE information based on a short paragraph in a forum?

Whoever does it will need to exlpore every nook and cranny of the business in order to advise you in the right direction. This takes a lot of time and preparation.

If the company is so broke that it cannot afford to pay someone to help with a business plan, what reassurance is there for a "success premium"?

I may be able to work something out for you, but we will need to discuss all the angles. Please send me an email if you want to explore what I can do.

I understand and encourage you to wait for more posts from the others.

Your assumption may be based on a reasonable observation, but a good strategy and plan can help avoid some of the pitfalls.

I'll keep an eye out and see what the others have to say.

Thank you for communicating. Many do not reply to requests for additional info. You are a great example of what we like to see in the forum.

    laqa11,

I have read you question many times and others have as well.

As I stated before, your question is too vague to give you specific strategies and tools to use. There is not such a thing as a magic marketing answer book where we can simply thumb down to "Brazilian FightWear Company Strategies" and pick one out.

Someone needs to evaluate every inch of the business and see what will work best.

For a genral list of tools try these links:

Again, my offer still stands should you decide to retain a professional. My response here is not meant to be inflammatory, rather it is meant to reinforce the need for more details.

    Thank You and Good Luck!
