High-end Gift To Send Clients At Holidays

Posted by KathyAd on 50 Points
Does anyone have good suggestions for holiday gifts to send to customers and prospects? I am looking for actual VENDOR NAMES that I could call, since if my peeps suggest the vendor, I know the vendor is probably good!

Our product is high-end (starting price tag $30,000), and we have a predominantly male audience. I'd be interested in both lower cost suggestions (ex. Sherrie's Berries -- is that how you spell it) that we can send to individuals just as a token, and higher cost gifts (such as some kind of expensive basket) that we can send as a more "corporate" gift. Some of the audience are executive-level, others are out in the field. I think food would go over best with this crowd, but any suggestions are appreciated!!

    Kathy,
I'm sorry I don't remember where this was from, but one year, as a business gift, I received a lovely live holiday wreath in the mail. It smelled of fresh pine - was very clean and simple in design (pine-cones and a big red ribbon) and was really nice to put on our entrance door.

It had a tag with a little story on it - the wreath was from someplace quaint in Vermont, I believe. And it had just a simple message from the giver. Anyway, just a thought to pursue! This was a very classy, understated "thank you for your business" gift. No logos needed.

For years my family received every year an ear of corn that was really marzipan candy from a company in Germany in the seed corn business. If you can come up with a gift that fits your location or your company in some way it would be memorable as well as appreciated.

Marzipan can be molded to look like almost anything so it is a possibility but anything that would be unique to you would be best.

Perhaps you could spend the money on a charitable cause in the name of your clients and send them something interesting that indicates what you did.

Another idea is to create something personal for them like a digital book. Of course, since you did not elaborate on the company or the auduience it is hard to make specific recommendations.
