Hr Consulting Name

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am starting an HR Consulting LLC and am having a difficult time coming up with a unique name. I thought it would be a good idea to make the name self explanatory with HR or Human Resource included but I don't want to be confused with another existing company. We have four female consultants with varying degrees of experience and designation.

We would provide HR solutions to small/ medium sized companies that do not have existing HR structure already in place. Also we would offer special project services such as forms, handbook, job description and policy creation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Human Touch

    The HR Department

    HR Link

HM/HR -- Helping Manage Human Resources

The Human Partnership (since you're an LLC)

A bit more information about your brand would help us to provide more than worldplay or general ideas ...

Okay let's see... Alot of smaller companies have employees who serve dual roles (their position plus the company's HR function. For these companies the services offered by the larger HR Consulting firms would be cost prohibitive. We would like to provide simple/ practical, cost effective solutions to these businesses. The team we have has 22 years of HR experience, PHR and SPHR certifications, and specific experience in Strategic Management, Employee Relations, HR administration, Benefits and Payroll.

Some sort of name/ tagline combination that evoked help, simplicity, expertise.

Also trying to stay away from words that imply we will do staffing and recruitment since these aren't services we want to offer.

It seems you have two audiences: those that know they need your services and those that don't. A small business may need systems to help their employees and protect the business owners, but don't need them until something "bad" happens (or if the employees request it). For larger companies, you'd be more useful to extend their existing HR department for specific projects.
