How To Build A Branding

i am just starting a line of t-shirts, and i was wondering if you can help me with advice on how to build a brand and where best would it be for me to start selling my clothes?
i was considering starting out on different markets around london but then i thought that being on the markets would give my tees that market stigma of being cheap.
can anyone help me????

    It depends what image you want.. are you going for classy or budget ranges.
    Cheap you can sell at markets and call T-Time or whatever.
    If you are aiming at a higher end then try London-- but its very expensive, so finding the right spot will be the hardest part of this.
    Have more of a think on what your brand will be made up of? value for money/quality/youth culture etc..
