Need Name For Baklava Sales.

I am a stay at home mom with an out of this world Baklava Recipe. I am looking to sell to privately owned Coffee Shops and Bakeries. Before I approach anyone to buy my product, I need a catchy name. Looking for something succinct. My two favorites are Layered and Stable Creek Gourmet ( the street we live on ). My husband said thumbs down to both. We have also vetoed Barack-lava, even though its funny. Any ideas are welcome.

    I would use the Stable Creek Gourmet as the official/corporate name and the name LAYERS for the product.

    Also in marketing this product, what's the story? Lots of folks make great baklava (I have the hips to prove it), but what's the story: the thing that makes your baklava different from everyone else's. Unless you live in a community that is completely unfamiliar with baklava, you'll need a way to uniquely position yourself and the product.

    A variety of flavors is a great differentiator..will really make the product stand out. The home made aspect is a great selling point as well.

    Sometimes the best name is the one that clearly describes what it is instead of something too clever and that leaves people wondering what you do.
