Why do you need speakers with big bucks speaking fee? Go for pro bloggers, such as, Yanik Silver, Andy Beard, Skellie from SkellieWag.com, Maki of DoshDosh, Darren Rowse of Problogger. These guys have a following of thousands simply from their blog posts.
If you have to get high-profile attractors I would't mind seeinig John Chow gracing the podium. Or, Derek Gehl even!

Personally, I would pay anything to see Philip Kotler, or Tom Peters, or Scott Adams speak!

I would be interested in hearing David Meerman Scott or Guy Kawasaki. Here are some other bloggers I like (but haven't heard speak):

Dan Schwabel (on personal branding) - I have to admit that your audience might have to get over the fact that he's quite young, but I think he has a lot to share.

Paul Dunay - Buzz Marketing for Technology. Seems to have a b2b focus on social media.

Maybe somebody from an SEO or email marketing company. I like the newsletter I get from MailChimp, lots of helpful technical tips.

And I would totally enjoy hearing Duncan Watts speak.
