Gimmciks Selection

I woud like to hear some ideas for the selection of gimmicks and giveaways.

I need suggestions for 2 products. i.e both of em r oral antibiotics, azithromycin and moxifloxacin; the major prescribers are , general practitioners and chest specialists...i am looking forward for some innovative gifts that can be related to the product(gimmick) as well as of doctors use...kindly go for some innovation ....................

    If you live in the U.S. why not use companies from the promotional industry?That's their job to come up with ideas whta to use and why.Just like www.epromos.com or www.branders.com.

    Actually i am from pakistan and i cannot go for this option , am actually looking for inputs from all of u , so kindly dun mind it as i m not able to get it done through any promo company or consultant, i need just public inputs...........hope u understand

    I have few gimmicks in my mind...but taking otherz views makes ma choice much more valuable ....

    Hey Sajeels, I'm not familiar with Pakistan culture, or what kind of budget you're working with, but here are a few ideas:

    Boxing gloves (or some sort of funny, foam fighting equipment- like a sword)- To show that your azithromycin can "knock out", "fight" or "combat" bacterial infections. Doctors will either play with it themselves, or give them to their own children or child patients.

    For your moxifloxacin, try a miniature hockey, or golf set for their office, saying "moxifloxacin" puts Conjunctivitis (or bacterial eye infections) in its place!

    Another great idea is a T-shirt or Jersey (cricket, hockey, or golf shirt), with a funny saying that only the doctors will understand. This will make them laugh, and give them something to show to their friends on the weekends.

    Stress balls are big - and they can be made to look like anything - lungs for example or as ksalter suggested - boxing gloves. Can be imprinted with your product name.

    Stethoscopes with your product name might be popular. Swiss army knives with the product logo. High quality pens.
