Help Branding A Consulting Co's Remote Services

We are an IT consulting company that implements software at client sites as well as offering remote consulting services that we do from our offices. We would like to distinguish this remote service from the rest of the company with a one word description. This remote service includes help desk support, customizations, upgrades, and hosting of servers all done at our site.

Please help us define this service line for our company.

    "Virtual"

    "AlwaysOn"

    "ITaaS - IT as a Service"

    Hopefully these will provoke more ideas.
