I am embarking on helping real estate agents with coaching in the areas of branding and marketing. Though I have extensive experience in marketing and branding in many areas, I do not have much experience helping individual real estate agents themselves.
My methodology will follow a fairly basic structure that is based in my consulting methodology, but I would love to have ideas and feedback from those of you who are experienced at helping real estate agents.
Specifically, how would you structure the monthly coaching "packages?" How much would you charge for each package? For example, if there were 3 packages from low-priced to high-priced, what kinds of services would you include? How much would you charge for each package? How would you balance the consulting/coaching element, with actual help with advertising, design and other marketing communications materials?
Also, if you put packages together, what kinds of services would be valuable for each package level?
I plan to push monthly packages with a minimum 3-month contract, with rewards if they sign a 6-month contract (free workshop, etc). Is that a good idea?
Thanks for all your help and suggestions ahead of time!!
Bruce
