My company is changing the database in which we maintain our client, former client, and prospective client information. We currently use Goldmine, but are not using it fully and have decided to switch back to Microsoft Outlook. Our biggest question is determining what information we should transfer from Goldmine into Outlook. Should we transfer all client information and omit the information we have for our former clients and/or prospects? Should we transfer all of the information in Goldmine into Outlook and focus on cleaning up the files?

Is there a path of questions we should be asking? Is there a process we should be following? We will not lose the information when we convert over to Outlook, we will keep the data in Goldmine on an assigned workstation.
