The key is to get backlinks from other high-ranking webpages. Either pay for the links, or generate them organically, by having great content on your site, submit articles to article banks, and visit blogs that might be interested in your site (adding comments of value).

PR does not equate to rankings and qualified traffic. A high PR site can be beaten out of a position by a lower PR site. It occurs frequently. Therefore, as Jay and cpappas have pointed out, focus on your keywords, link building, and content (copy, page title, meta description), and do not focus on PR.

We can help you with your link building efforts if you are interested.

P.S. I took a look at the site after writing this and noticed that you do not have low PR - you have no PR. One of the first things I looked at is your robots.txt file to see if you are blocking SEs and I noticed that you have a long list of "Disallow" statements in the file. Your intent is to eliminate spam and server load (I assume this is the case based upon your exclusion of Ask Jeeves) but a spammer's bot isn't likely to pay much attention to these requests and I'm wondering (without having examined the file carefully) if you're actually excluding content which you want indexed.

If your intent is to prevent email harvesting I'd recommend an email obfuscation plugin for Wordpress (your backend) and to clean up your robots.txt file.

Also, you've Disallowed your images and I'm wondering why you would do that in this day of universal search? Indexed images provide another entry point to the site. If you're fearing that scrapers will attempt to steal your images then use absolute URLs and block the external use of your images on your server in the .htacess file.

Also, check your Google Webmaster Tools account to see what issues they may be displaying.

You do have 9 pages indexed in Google so they are not being excluded but I do think that simple is better and having a less complicated robots file would be better.

One factor in obtaining PR is domain age. I assume this is a brand new site? If so, it can take months before you will be assigned PR.

I don't have time for more right now but there may be other issues which are causing the problem you're having.

Also, if you're deeply concerned about disreputable bots indexing or scraping the site you can exclude them from .htaccess by user-agent. The difference between robots and .htaccess is that robots represents a request rather than a demand to stay away.

Thank you so very much for your suggestions.

As very rightly said by Greg that www.earnpakistani.com is a brand new website and it will take few months to get assigned a PR.

In the meantime our focus is on quality contents, keywords and linkbuilding.....

Is there any shortcut for PR?

I used this tool for traffic building for my blogs.
    www.starturl.com/zee1
but i will not take risk of using it for my website, I would appreciate if you guide me about it as well.

Ignore PR. The only shortcut to rankings is good content and links.

I have not reviewed T2000's offering and therefore I'm unable to comment on it. Though I do find that shortcuts tend to backfire.

I used the website grader tool on several of my websites and competitors on the organic SERP and got some interesting results. Many of the listings that were above my sites had lower rankings.... I am not that familiar with that tool as I have only been using it for a few days but it makes me question the website grader tool's actual effectiveness...

Don't get me wrong, I am not bashing the tool at all, I certainly learned some stuff about my websites and I cant wait to make our engineering guys do more work
