Any Xm Experiences In How To Use The Same For A Category Like Perfumes

We have been assigned the task of turning around a leading perfume company. The company owns a chain of retail outlets and has a good name in the market. The competition is from local (middle east) brands and brands from France, USA etc. Can anyone please help with some XM case studies?

    i am a student, what does XM stand for?, is that the brand name?
