Help With Adobe Contribute

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
We recently had our website redone and are using the program adobe contribute to make updates to the website. I've been adding newsletters and all that jazz and now have to add a new bio. I am having trouble with the program and am the only marketing person here, so don't really have anyone internally to go to for help. Does anyone know where I can call and talk to someone or where on line I can find help to my issues? The issue at hand is that it's not allowing me to "save as" with my new page so that I can link my page properly.
Thanks!

    I'd start here:
    https://www.adobe.com/support/contribute/

If you don't find what you're looking for, there is a link on that page for a forum where you can post your question and hopefully get it answered by an Adobe enthusiast.

You ought to be able to bypass its little warning and go ahead with saving the page (creating the URL), then link to it later. You can't just save a new page 'temporarily' without creating a new URL, though. Sorry I don't have contact info for Contribute people. Hope this helps!

I would use the forum, https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/webforums/forum/index.cfm?forumid=55. and post your question there. Many forums are very useful for technical help.

Bec, I am trying to update an existing page. The one hurdle standing in my way is that when I go to save the page I've created, it doesn't give me a "save as" option. I need this in order to link it to the main page.
    Thanks.
