Creative Department Organization Chart

We are currently restructuring our company and pulling our Marketing, Production and Art Department together; as they should be. I have been searching for sometime now to try and locate a great source for an organizational chart example for such a department. I have found several that are for advertising agencies and other larger companies, but none for an internal creative department.

I would appreciate any assistance that maybe out there!

    A lot of companies have customized departments -- it is normal to use whatever works for you. Use Visio or a program like it and make your own custom chart. Unless you are an agency there would be no need to structure you company like one.

    I am in a position where I am helping a family member. I'm assisting him in the graphical department, and I noticed it could use a little polishing. Im just not sure the correct structure to follow to help organize the creative team. Would I be able to see your chart as well? Thank you in advance. brad@fishbat.com
