in which particular area are you targeting in gulf region?

if it's in dubai we can help you out, just visit our website www.madmarketingdubai.com.

Online marketing if more flexible than any other transactions, of course except when sealing the deal and those sort of black and whites. but as for the purchasing, design reviews and views on line selling is more accessible with secured payment gateway.

There are diffrent business policies in every gulf region, some are too strict, some are open and flexible.

first establish your distributors here and if the demand is high enough to start your own GCC foundation then be careful in choosing the location, partners and people.

You cannot start your own business here in Dubai unless you have a local partner and they will own 70% of the business share. So it's up to you on how you will manage that.

Are you planning to manufacture shirts? or just establish a tshirt brand?

    2 different things.

China, Philippines, Pakistan, Vietnam, thye are flooded with Tsirt producers.

Just give them the specs of the quality, colours, printing and or embroidery etc. they will deliver it directly to your retailers for you already packaged, labelled and tagged.

Check alibab.com or freemarkets.com and you can pick and choose from thousands of manufacturers who can give you the quality and price you want. That part is easy ::))

Selling the damn things is the hard part :)

Start by employing a good design firm and pay them for designing Logo, stationary, packaging, labels etc.

Your positioning and corresponding product design should match with the target group that your client might have specified.

Remember quality of your products and the Logo, tagline should not deviate much. A low cost product should not say best and superb and vice-versa.

Package design: also should be top-notch for any segment, and make sure it is not highlighted to eternity. Keep it simple and in line with the class/category of your product target groups.

Product highlights: Mark your packages with highlights of your product and how it benefits the consumer.

Response/complaint sheet inside the pack with instructions. To get responses add some gifts in return.

CSR initiatives like recycled paper used in packaging, other communities benefitted and do let the customer know about it.

    Hope this helps!
